How to run this check
Release both sticks, choose a dead zone and sample their resting positions for five seconds.
Understand the result
PASS describes a received signal or your recorded observation. WARNING calls for another check. USER REVIEW REQUIRED means a measurement alone cannot decide. An unavailable API or denied permission does not establish hardware failure.
What this cannot tell you
Drivers may apply dead zones before the browser receives axes. A threshold is your comparison setting, not a certification limit.
If something seems wrong
Repeat after rotating and releasing each stick. Compare USB, another game and manufacturer calibration.

Raw diagnostic input and media are processed locally. Results remain in this page’s memory until you download a report or leave. Hosting requests still reach the site host. See the privacy policy.
Does a pass guarantee my hardware is healthy?
No. It records behavior observed in this browser session. Intermittent faults, internal components and operating-system restrictions need further investigation. See our methodology.
