Understand the result
PASS describes a received signal or your recorded observation. WARNING calls for another check. USER REVIEW REQUIRED means a measurement alone cannot decide. An unavailable API or denied permission does not establish hardware failure.
What this cannot tell you
Event coalescing and browser scheduling obscure hardware polling. This is delivered event rate, not USB polling rate.
If something seems wrong
Use a native vendor tool for hardware-level polling. Slow movement can reduce event counts.
