PASS describes a received signal or your recorded observation. WARNING calls for another check. USER REVIEW REQUIRED means a measurement alone cannot decide. An unavailable API or denied permission does not establish hardware failure.
What this cannot tell you
The Battery API is unavailable in many browsers. Charge percentage cannot measure capacity, wear or electrical safety.

Raw diagnostic input and media are processed locally. Standalone results remain in page memory.
